Why does my order status show "pending payment"?
If your order shows pending payment after 2 hours please try placing an order again using an incognito window AND double-check the format of your phone number includes a country code (this is auto-populated on the checkout page) and does not contain any dashes or spaces.
Why does my order status show "processing"?
Payment has successfully been received and your order is waiting to be fulfilled.
Why does my order status show "canceled"?
This usually indicated your payment has failed. Please contact your card issuer for further assistance. If you have placed an order with us before and received this error please call your card issuer and ensure you have not exceeded the credit card limit.
